ROCHESTER, NEW YORK FALL 2019 | Dr. Rubén Alcolea In collaboration with Alexander Arebalo This music academy features student and faculty housing, practice rooms, and a public auditorium. The building is a threshold between the mundane cityscape and the dreamlike, musical world generated within: a resonant pavilion bisects the building at street level to reveal a view of the river and invites the public in to experience the mystical soundscape.
